Which Pilates Foundation training course should I choose?

There are 3 training routes to become a Pilates Foundation teacher:
  • Matwork course,
  • Bridging course,
  • or a Comprehensive course.
Each Teacher Training Provider will provide information about their individual courses, their entry requirements, and the time taken to complete them. Please contact them directly for full details.

All courses require students to take regular Pilates classes for themselves, to practice teaching volunteers, and to observe and assist qualified teachers. All courses require students to complete coursework and pass Practical and Theory examinations.
