About Sharon

I started Pilates classes nine years ago when I felt listless and weakened after the birth of my third child. I had also been diagnosed with arthritis and had a general feeling of insecurity about my physical wellbeing. As my core strength improved, I reaped both physical and psychological benefits. This inspired me to train in 2015 under the tutelage of the Director of the Pilates Foundation. As a requirement of my matwork qualification, I continue to study and attend workshops to ensure my training is up to date. I am interested in helping other people develop their Pilates journey towards a goal of improved health and wellbeing.
