About Sara

I come from a Fitness background which I worked in for 11 years before I had 2 children and realised I needed to motivate people in a different way. I then did a basic Pilates course in 2001 and in 2004 started to totally upgrade with my mat work training run by the amazing Suzanne Scott which I passed in early 2006. In late 2007 I started my studio training and again Suzanne and Jock Scott inspired me to finish and qualify in June 2010.
I run my studio called Fitness Design in Salisbury but on a Wednesday I can be found at Leila Coppock's wonderful studio where I teach in her very large and well equipped studio.
