About This Class

If you missed Sarah's session, simply register to purchase a link to the 60-minute recording. It is available to view until midnight Wednesday 24th April 2024.

In this session Sarah will present her perspective as a neurodivergent artist, coach and former biologist. We will look at how understanding what neurodivergence means, can help us deliver more inclusive and sensitive practice and teachings.

Understandings of neurodiversity have increased and spread across society in the past few years, with a significant upsurge in people seeking diagnosis and gaining new awareness of the difficulties and gifts of being part of this pattern.

Bringing a neuroscientific underpinning, and focusing on the need to recognise all humans as unique and different, Sarah will offer suggestions on how to think about neurodiversity when offering classes and practice, and what you can do to make your offerings inclusive, respectful and successful for a wide range of humans.

Please note - once payment is received a link to the recording will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
