About This Class

Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. 
It integrates Pilates, functional movement and therapeutic exercise with bone health and balance techniques, and is safe for those with osteoporosis. Buff Bones is an entire movement system of body conditioning for bone and joint health that works on multiple skills no matter your level. 

I qualified as a certified Buff Bones® instructor in 2020.

Online classes with Turning Tide Pilates. Please bring a mat and handweights of 0.5kg or up to 2kg. 
Optional to bring a cushion or hand towel for putting under your head or using as cushioning when lying on your front.
