About Presenter
Kath is a FAMO Fascia Movement and Educator who’s teaching path started as a comprehensive Pilates Teacher and has evolved into the world of fascia for the last decade or so. She’s passionate about movement that nourishes and educates along the way.
Workshop Description
Experience your body through the lens of fascia. In this workshop we’ll move in a fascia-focused way that brings a different perspective to Pilates repertoire as well as exploring new movements that strengthen, hydrate and rebalance your fascial system. Throughout the class we’ll also focus on kinaesthesia, noticing your internal landscape and tuning inward.
