This Thursday Mat Class + 7 day access to live recording is for the more seasoned practitioner, with a grwoing awareness of body, mind connection.
Classes are themed over a four week duration, allowing the student to gradually build both physical, mental & somatic understanding of movement potentiality, depth & meaning.
